Maybe she has allergies? If she's been on the same food for a while & only started the itchies a few weeks ago, maybe it's something environmental. If she's scrtaching to the point that it interferes with her daily activities and/or if she breaks her skin, I would see a vet. Maybe he can prescribe something for her.
