Hi, I'm Sue and became a yorkie mom July 5 when I adopted Princess LuLu. I saw her picture on line and fell in love. My husband and I had looked at yorkies for years, but his health began to decline and his doctor recommended we not get a puppy yet. We went to San Diego for him to have major, rare, surgery in March. Though my husband came through surgery fine and the surgery was a major success, he contracted hospital acquired pneumonia and passed away March 22. His funeral was March 29, what would have been our 44th wedding anniversary.

I have been so lonely and decided that since we were planning to get a puppy when we came home, I would go ahead and adopt a precious little girl. She is so wonderful! When I cry, she licks my tears and makes me smile. We are an inseparable duo! Once I figure out how to post a picture of her, I will.
