I adopted JuneBug from a resuce back in the middle of June. He was neutered on or around April 15th. He still had that bluish/turquoise mark when I adopted him in June. It went away after a while and now it has returned. I heard that some vets mark the belly area this way to show the dog has been fixed, but ,it is odd because it went away and is now back again. It doesnt bother him and is not sore to the touch. No changes in eating habits or activity level. He is still happy as can be. I tried to take a pic to post but he is squirmy and will not let me...lol!

Any ideas?
