Do not leave Ziggy free and unattended with children especially, and visitors. I agree with Gail, a muzzle may be necessary.
Ideally, Ziggy needs a professional trainer/behaviorist.
I hope you will come back and post. This is a very worrisome situation for Ziggy and you.
