Did VPI not cover those because Cali had pre-existing illnesses or they just don't cover those illnesses at all. I guess my question is will I avoid that problem if I buy the insurance before I take her too the vet? I am getting my little girl on March 4th...so I have time to get that done before she comes home if it is worth it. Thanks!!
