Just can't get the snapping to stop when he sleeps at our feet Hi Everyone
I have a little problem with Wallee when he sleeps near our feet when we sit on the couch. I have tried almost everything. He loves to sleep with his back against the couch near our feet. If you don't look down and your feet touch him he goes crazy snapping. Even if you have barely touched him. I know he is startled and that's why he does this but even when you speak to him and try to move your feet away, he still goes after your feet snapping and growling. I just don't know what to do to break him of this habbit. When we have friends over I am constantly waking him up to move away from where ppl are sitting so they don't accidently "touch" him if they go to get up from the couch. He also does this if he lays down to nap with you and you move and touch him. Thankfully he sleeps in his own bed at night or neither of us would sleep. Any ideas on how to stop this would be greatly appreciated. |
