Bless you for taking care of your Mother. I lost my dear Mom last year, but we were blessed with her living with us off and on through out her last few years. Mom loved our fur babies and they loved her too. As Mom aged her hands became unsteady and her sight not as good as before, so at times she too would drop a pill every once in a while. When that time came, we just made a transition of me assisting her with her meds. This made her feel safer knowing she was getting the correct dosages of her meds. This worked for us well.
