I wondered that too! Because he woke up so groggy, he didn't seem to know he had peed. I think if he realized it, he would have moved away quickly instead of just rolling over for a tummy rub. He hasn't peed again since, and he is confined in the house while we are at work all day, so I feel that if it were a UTI or any issue like that, it would be getting worse and he would be having accidents during the day.
