Well since she hasn't done this before I would take her into the Vet and get her checked out. She could have an UTI. Then when you eliminate any health concerns it sounds like you need to put her in a smaller space. The kitchen might be a little big for her. Do you have a Xpen or something you can use a couple days just to re fresh her memory? Another thing- are the pads clean..? I know if the pad has too much pee on it Peanut will pee next to it. When you are home you should start watching her again, when you see her sniffing around like she has to pee take her to the pad and make her go on it. When she does make it a big thing and reward her. You might have to re- train and work with her for a couple days.. just so she gets back in her usual routine that she was in before.
Did anything change? Did you have any other pets over? Maybe dog watching or something like that?
