I got Draco at 8weeks too. >.< But he's always been really good at pottying where he's supposed to. I have a potty pad holder so he's never been able to pull and chew on the pad.
I saw someone talking about a spray to stop chewing, I only know of bitter apple spray. I haven't needed for Draco. But it helped a lot with my Pomeranian at puppy stages and stopped him from chewing on things like couches!
