I think Presley's issue is he does have a little bit of dementia and doesn't remember where the furniture is. If he were younger I probably wouldn't need this. The sizing gives him an extra two inches. In think it looks like a lot of space because he keeps his head low. When we extend his head fully, it looks like it fits normal.
