Congratulations on your little bundle of fur! I would try picking her up and petting her before she nudges you and then when you stop petting if she nudges you put her down and walk away or ignore her. Hopefully she will get the message that nudging gets the opposite effect from what she wants. This might take a little time but hopefully it works.
