Oh sigh. This gives me so little hope. There is no real change here, and no one seems empowered or willing to make any. Unbelievably sad.
It has always saddened me that the Amish so readily participate in this barbaric industry. To me, it would seem "Being Amish" and "owning a puppy mill" would be an oxymoron, but apparently not.
