Draco wear one, I like the look. Draco doesn't seem to notice/mind, and so far he only tried to take off one bow but it was a huge one, haha. Other than that I think the comfort levels are the same. It differs from pup to pup though.
I'm guessing it's definitely easier to not have one and just have trimmed sense you'd never have much to worry about. It's up to opinion. Boys can wear bows, bowbiz has an entire section of bows for boys.
