I am gluten free. I don't always eat gluten free, and when I don't, my body lets me know!!!
It's hard buying food that has no gluten, and make sure to let a restaurant know, because I was shocked at some of the things that have gluten in them - most of Buffalo Wild Wings sauces have gluten in them. Papa johns makes a gluten free pizza crust that's pretty good, and we use corn tortillas for everything instead of flour. What I really miss is doughnuts and pastries. Gluten free doughnuts taste like cardboard!!
