Families, courts, police rehabs....and the like....there is not a thing anyone can do to force anyone to stop what they are doing that is harmful to them, there is not a thing anyone can do to force them to get help either...
Unless a law is broken, probation/parole violated, or you are a danger to the life of yourself or someone else...no one can stop them....
These are people with rights and families; unfortunately can not stop them...they suffer, as they watch their loved ones go from being whole to little pieces of themselves....until they are ready to get the help they need; or, as in this case....until there is not a single piece left...
