Omg he's so adorabe, I would have a hard time keeping my hands off of him too! Seriously though, I don't know why people don't ASK first. I always ask first. It's just impolite to touch someone's pet without asking permission...not to mention dangerous. I can be kind of a snob when it comes to that. I'll just come straight out & say NO...Don't touch my baby!!!
I really don't care what they think or me because I'll probably never see them again. And if I do, they'll know better than to touch my puppy the next time.
