You may want to consider picking up some Talstar pro and spraying the inside of your home. It's very safe.
TalstarPro is an Awesome all around pest control.. It's what all the Pros use..
For outside: I'd use "Onslaught" just because it hold up longer in the rainy area's..
Both are excellent products...
We have someone who sprays our yard and bushes monthly, But I take care of the entire inside.
You don't need a big pump sprayer , you can use a hand sprayer and it'll work fine without lugging a big pump sprayer around.
