It just amazes me and I will never in my life understand what in the world goes through people minds when they make the conscious decision to be so cruel and uncaring. It just makes me sick !
It would be nice if the people as the store could review the parking lot cameras and find out who did this and of course turn them into the police. But I am sure that is just wishful thinking.
