Yes it had his tags on, but I was planning on ordering new tags anyway as the original ones were getting worn down. It was the plastic clip kind, I got it for cheap at Walmart, so it wasn't the best quality. I doubt he will get out, but if he does he is micro-chipped, hopefully I can either find his collar/tags or get a new ones soon. That pup, I swear!
