Thank you, everyone! After I posted, I bathed her and realized there was more than one clump that needed attention. It took me about 10 minutes to dislodge it! Oh.....how.....GROSS! Anyway, once I got it out I took the scissors and trimmed what I could. That was an ordeal! I was on my own tonight, so no-one to help hold her. Glad you got it taken care of. Just rememebr that this is part of puppyhood, and there will be many GROSS things you may have to do in the life time of these babies. No big deal.
