Hello friends,
I am looking into registering my phoebe to be my ESA service dog. I have found a couple websites where I can register, but I am unsure of the best way to register her. My doctor has written a note, about my struggles and how phoebe helps but I want to make sure where I register its legitimate.
Any suggestions?
