Good for you Kathy! Day 5 for me and I've lost 3 lbs. As soon as my joints calm down a bit, I'll be adding a little more walking too if I can.

I lost the most on the Atkinson diet but unfortunately I put most of it right back on because I didn't really change how I ate. I just ate the things the diet allowed. My tastes have changed tremendously since I moved to Texas. Maybe my fruit and veggie and chicken diet will work for me. I sure hope so.
