I've always heard, don't pick the dog, let the dog pick you. Also, if you get a brother and sister pair, they will likely bond more with each other than they do with you. This is not necessarily a bad thing though, it just depends on you and what you want, do you want to be number one? I've heard that it's harder to train two at once, but it's hard to train a Yorkie anyway.
