Yup! I took upon myself to take care of it for Taylor, since she was not feeling well.
I sent the picture with the codes/ UPC codes- the Customer Service manager was super nice and helpful! I recieved an email probably 10 mins after I sent it. Love that! Anyways she is going to send Taylor a free bag of Buddy Biscuits and a prepaid label to send the treat along with the package back to them.
They will run it through testing and talk with Q.C. She said she will get back to me when she gets the results.
She did tell me she has seen this before- not many, but the last time it was just burnt. Which is a good thing it isn't something serious.
