@BabyRoseGirl: IBS tends to me more psychological and related to stress, or a stressful change. IBD is chronic in nature, causes inflammation, ulcers and damage to the bowel whereas, IBS does not. The symptoms can be similar but IBD is much more serious than IBS. - What kind of diet is your baby on?

I homecook using a recipe from Dr Remillard. And I also use Hills I/D. Wow, I feel sorry for you baby. IBS is bad enough. Can't imagine what all you are dealing with having IBD.
