Thank you all for your suggestions. For now I'm going to start adding some boiled chicken bits in at dinner time and then some cheese bits for treats maybe. We are also going back to vet in about a month for a full blood-lab workspace although everything looked/sounded good at her checkup and she eats regularly, goes to bathroom normally, etc., we are going to do the whole shebang to ensure she is doing ok.
