He sounds like he is doing wonderful from what he was. When does he eat, his kibble? Maybe take his nutrical down to 2 times a day instead of 3.. Maybe once in the morning and once at night..?? You know the signs of low blood sugar, so if you feel safe taking it down to 2 times then do so. It sounds like he will be ok, but if he misses a meal that is when things go downhill. The important thing is he eats.

Even with a 6 year old ( 4 pounds) it’s so important- Peanut for some reason didn't eat his breakfast/ lunch, yesterday. Well he only ate a little.. hardly. When I got home he was in the corner shaking.. DH had gotten home before me and told me he wouldn't eat anything for him. So of course I got home from work and Peanut is the first thing I handle- before I eat, shower, anything! I was able to get him to eat his kibble mixed with a little shredded cheese and a tad of yogurt. Which since he has a sensitive tummy, he normally doesn't get these items. Within 10 mins he was back to his normal self!

These babies can really stress you out LOL. Esp the little ones..

For today I would give him the kibble. I would wait to see on his next BM see what you are working with, and then go from there!! He is so lucky to have you as a Momma!!
