Well I took our new baby girl Maggie Mae to the vet to get checked out. She did very well and the vet said she was healthy. I laughed when they weighed her because she weighed in at 2lbs 13 oz and my molly is 10 months old on Sunday and only weighs in at 2lbs 8oz. I guess Maggie's gonna be a bigger girl. Of course her momma weighed 8lbs and daddy 4lbs.

Molly hasn't warmed up to Maggie yet. I think she is just trying to play but she lunges and barks at her and then bites her on the ears and neck area. Maggie is just so layed back that she just lets her but last night Maggie had enough and bounced back at her with play biting. I hope they start playing nicer soon. Molly is used to being the only one at home so she isn't too keen on Maggie taking momma time away. I do make it a point to go to Molly first and make a big deal over her being momma big girl. It's only been 2 days so I'm sure things will settle down soon.

Both dogs aren't really eating much as all and I know it's jsut stress for both of them but it always worries me since they are so small.

Any words of wisdom from you all on how to make this transition better for them both?
