Kaopectate - Pet, Dog and Cat Medication and Prescription List | petMD

I would give her ( buy) Kaopectate instead of Pepto.

Just make sure you are giving her the correct dosage..

The dose for dogs is 0.5 to 1.5 ml per pound per day,
