Well, believe it or not, there are tons of people riding around where I live with dogs on their laps and hanging out of windows. Maybe it is city living that people feel that they don't drive far and won't get into accidents. Which of course, isn't true! Apparently, no yorkietalkers do it, but I see it on a daily basis around here.
