It very well may be neurological. I only mentioned it because some vets don't realize that these yorkies can have liver shunts without having elevated enzymes. It happened to one of mine this past year.

Clearly he wants to make sure it is not medical and I am just saying that to totally rule out liver shunt, I think BATs should be done.
