Welcome to YorkieTalk! He is a cutie! I would wait until 2 week after his last set of puppy shots to take him places. Parvo is running rampant it seems recently we have seen a few pups with it and one sadly did not make it. They don't have full immunity until two weeks after there puppy shots and with yorkie pups being so small illnesses like parvo could very easily turn deadly.
