I try to stay out of post like this but as a Breeder I just can't. There is no way anyone no matter how long they have been Breeding can say an 11 week old puppy would make a good stud. Just because he has a penis and testicles does not mean he would make a good stud. There are genetic tests, pairing with the right female , temperament, whether the male conforms to the standard, if his structure is correct. Most importantly is the Health testing. No female should be bred regardless, if they are under 5 lbs and last but not least it is unethical and without morals to sell puppies with open registration unless all the previously listed things are followed. We already have way too many pets in rescues and shelters. JMHO
