If this is something she has never done, I would take her into the Vet- get her checked out. Maybe she has an UTI or something else can be going on. You can make sure she empties her bladder before you guys go to bed. I do with my male and it helps. He will get up to pee in the middle of the night, but I noticed if I make him go before bed he doesn't.
