Mine and my moms yorkies have had many different bumps between the both of them and none of them have been bad. I would just keep an eye on it and if it grows or gets infected have the vet check it out otherwise I would just mention it to the vet the next time you are in. Make sure your not feeding chicken jerky from china. Chinese chicken jerky has killed lots of dogs.
