Yes when the boys are off leash. It's not just scooping up that you have to worry about. Hawks and owls will maim and kill without carrying a pet away.
Our neighbor's 9+ pound Yorkie was attacked by a hawk and was lucky to survive. He had to have major surgery to his torso.
