Lily's previous owner wasn't doing good health wise. My friend was in/out of the hospital and had to have her leg amputated. With her not being home as much and going thru all her therapy, she couldn't care for Lily as easily as she could. It was getting to be too much on her. Lily is in great health and such a happy little girl :-) |
From reading the posting I don't think you worded the posting wrong at all, we all understand that at times there are owners who need to rehome their dogs because of circumstances beyond their control. I am just glad you were available for Lily, it sounds like the perfect match.
