I'm a terrible cook...but speaking of "buyaboxasummin" deserts...I thought I would speak up. I mixed up a box of cheap brownie mix.... put peanut butter in a snack baggie and snip off the end.. Put 2/3 of brownie mix in pan... squeeze peanut butter in layer...then dump the rest of brownie mix on top... cook... put a hot square in bottom of bowl and add a scoop of vanilla ice cream... Big favorite at my house once or twice a year.
