Crystal is a darling. To be safe from allergies, I would try to keep her to only her main food and then introduce a single new food as a treat, use this for a week or more to make sure she doesn't show any signs of itching before marking that off as a food she can eat.
Allergies can be heartbreaking for these little ones and if you don't limit and test out foods it can be really hard to identify the culprits.
Give her some cornflakes for a while and if she doesn't itch then you know they are safe for her.
