 We Gained a whole Pound!!!
I am so excited!! I had to pick up Princeton's heart medication so I decided to take our 2 year old Little Ricky into the vet with me so I could weigh him. When we adopted him, he was severely underweight at 3.2 lbs. His ribs and rear hip bones were showing and he had the rickets(hence the name Ricky)from being malnourished.
We've had Ricky for about 3 months now and today he weighed 4.2 lbs...so we've managed to put a whole pound on him!! He's definitely still on the thinner side, but he's not too skinny anymore. All of the persistence and hand feeding has paid off!! |
