Yes, get a second opinion. then serve papers to the breeder and take her to court.
If you return her she WILL put her down esp now that OP said she was so rude to her. She is banking on OP NOT returning the pup. She is bluffing! Sue her and keep the pup as well, but know that you may be in for a lifetime of heartache!
