Do two things. Open the crate door, and say firmly Crate! If that does not work, treat her there. And by this I mean call Come, you are standing beside the crate with treat. Treat her for a good come, and then say Crate, and treat her when she goes in. I do hope you have a crate pad for her. Dogs with hip and or elbow dysplasia should really lay on cushioned surfaces.
