I think I forgot to give Buster and Maggie their Heartgard on the first of August. I usually give it to them on the first day of every month and record it on the calendar. However, with Buster having his knee surgery on 7/26 and taking care of him, working, etc., I think I forgot. There isn't a note on the calendar. I'm almost certain I did not give them a dose. DH is running around the house all freaked out telling me not to poison HIS dogs (seriously?). I hate to think they went without protection because I was forgetful and not paying attention. I don't know whether to give them a dose now or wait until next month.
