I got Gina at 9 weeks, I have trained her to come to me as soon as she gets up from a nap, I also take her out side every 45 mins to 1 hour. She still has accidents every now and then, but she's only 13 1/2 weeks now. It took 2 days for her to start coming to me when she wakes up. Keep at it, and listen to the others advise, Yorkies are stubborn, but can be trained. Good luck.
