I'm not too helpful here, but I would think that since she's able/willing to keep pups til 12 weeks and would send them home early on conditions tells me she's at least moderately concerned about her dogs welfare. I'd take it as a red flag if she wanted you to pick the pup up early, no questions asked, no conditions made.

But that's more of a personal thought than a professional opinion, so take it with a grain of salt.
