I really don't know how much it costs. I just buy and cook.
Yes, the Balance It is a bit much, but lasts for a few months so it is not expensive...just have to buy it up front.
I cook daily....I was going to cook batches and freeze, but changed my mind. It does take a bit of time, but not horrible.
I think Cathy might know the cost...she is pretty good at keeping track of these things.
