I think the Thundershirt is doing the opposite for Cooper now. He knows that when I bring it out that a rainstorm is coming. I think he equates the Thundershirt with the storm and automatically gets scared when he sees it.
We get tons of thunder here without rain. I'm trying to desensitize Cooper by taking him on a walk or going outside to play ball during the thunder. It works a little. |
