I'm glad your girl's spay went well. Regarding the puffiness, I have seen a few incisions that looked worrisome but turned out okay. For peace of mind, I would call your vet's office and talk to them.
Any sign of oozing or increased swelling and bruising, I would go back to the vet and have them take a look.
