Your little guy sounds similar to my Zoey. It took me about a year to train her. She still has "accidents" like Willie but I know why. She does it to show us that she's mad. For example, if we're gone too long (in her opinion), she'll pee on the mat that's in front of the kitchen sink. She KNOWS what she did is wrong and will hide behind/under the couch when she sees us discover it.
Yorkies can be very stubborn but not impossible. Just takes longer/more patience and understanding. I'm sorry I couldn't offer more info but I'm sure someone here can! Lots of great people with vast knowledge on yorkies! Good luck to you. |
